## This site's own contributions

The transformations, file structure, derived aggregates (e.g. the computed
record library and `total_poc` sums), metadata and translations that this site
adds on top of the sources are released under
[CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), attribution
"Where They Went (wheretheywent.lakkev.com)". In practice: attribute the
upstream sources per the table above **and** this site when you reuse its
derived files — the ready-to-paste line on [/cite](/cite) covers both.

Every CSV/JSON download from this site embeds `source_id`, `source_attribution`,
`data_as_of` and `retrieved_at` columns so that provenance travels with the
numbers. Boundaries and names do not imply official endorsement — see
`/about/boundaries`.
